I'm Abby! Born in March , I am a beautiful Great Pyrenees, Akbash mix.

My primary breed is often referred to as gentle giants for a reason.

I am sweet, docile, well-mannered inside the home, and content with napping or getting snuggles.

I enjoy car rides, long walks/hikes, and exploring with my favorite person.

My capacity to love is proportionate to my size.

I thrive on attention and bond quickly, returning any affection given me tenfold.

I'm told my beauty is evident both inside and out.

I was bred to be a protector of all (people, livestock, and property) that I claim as mine, hence the guardian breed.

I will naturally patrol my outside perimeter, being ever watchful for any potential danger.

I am hoping to find my forever home with someone who has experience with guardian breeds and knows what to expect.

It's probably best that I am the only dog, as I may tend to keep any others away from my people.

A fenced yard is best for me in order to contain my protective instincts as well as allow for release of energy.

I am ready to go home to be your loving, loyal guardian! Please don't keep me waiting...

ADOPTION FEE: $150 for an adult dog.

Adoption fee includes: Spay/neuter, initial vaccines, a microchip, rabies vaccine when appropriate, and one free veterinary visit with a local participating clinic.

All adoptions are by appointment only and have to be scheduled beforehand.
