Pet Information #A Alvin is a happy go lucky 1 year old black and white neutered male Alaskan Husky and German Shepherd mix puppy who was brought as a stray to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on July 28 (with #A Franklin and #A Paisley).
Weighing 54 lbs, Alvin is an incredibly affectionate dog who loves belly rubs and attention.
He came in with the two other dogs mentioned above, who may be his family, and Alvin is the confident outgoing member of the group.
He's easy to walk on leash and shows signs of housebreaking.
Excited to see his doggy friends and make new ones, Alvin is required to go to a home where any other dogs are calm.
He quickly became a volunteer favorite as a happy lap dog.
He needs all the basic training but is likely to learn quickly, since he's smart and people oriented.
Beautiful black fur with creamy white markings make him a handsome companion for walks and outings, and he would be a great buddy for jogging or hiking since he's curious about the world and has a medium energy level.
