Just like the month of April when spring brings regrowth, our beloved friend is looking for her new beginning.

April can be a little nervous meeting new people at first, but her best pals have been building her confidence with patience, love, and of course yummy treats.

Once you have gained her trust, she shows you her true personality and is affectionate and wiggly.

Small dogs can be her pals, but small children can be a bit overwhelming for our sweet gal.

An adult home, or a home with older children would be the best place for this 19lbs of love to land.

Recently April had to have her tail amputated, but she is taking it in good strides.

She no longer is in pain and is looking forward to her hair growing back.
