Meet Arthur

Arthur was on the kill list at the shelter and was pulled because it was obvious that he was a sweet, well-mannered boy who did not deserve that fate. And they could not have been more right.

Arthur is a 10 year old gentleman through and through. He has no interest in getting on your furniture, but he loves his bed. All he wants is to be near his human, have a comfy bed, and get some pats and ear scratches. He is the most lowkey, low maintenance dog. He is so patient with his puppy foster sister and every once in a while, he gets really playful and puts himself in the mix with his foster siblings. I think he would have chased his cat siblings in his younger years, but he has no interest in that these days.

To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application. It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Our dogs are fostered but available for adoption. These dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue.

Our out of state adoption fee includes: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm and flea preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, health certificate, and transport costs.

As a direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc.). The adoption application and fee would be finalized prior to transport.
