Mission
At Arizona Small Dog Rescue, we’re proud to be a nonprofit, no-kill dog rescue shelter in Phoenix. We’re a team of passionate volunteers and staff committed to saving the lives of small dogs across the Valley.
We take in owner surrenders, small dogs, large or small breed puppies, moms and pups, and save countless dogs from kill shelters and overcrowded organizations. Our team also helps find forever homes for our sheltered animals, and facilitates fostering, volunteering, and handles many different veterinarian services for the dogs in our care.

Adoption Policy
An adoption fee can end up saving you money! Our shelter fee covers the initial veterinary costs to prepare the pet for a new home.
Veterinary wellness visit and exam $50-100
Spaying or neutering $150-300
Parvo Distemper vaccination $20-30 (× 2 for puppies)
Rabies vaccination $15-25
Deworming for puppies $20-50
Dental cleaning if needed for seniors $350
TOTAL: $255-885Â (Few shelters or rescue groups would ask this much for an adoption fee.)
