Transports run every few weeks and we will have the dog on the next available transport once approved.

If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time************ We are a volunteer run rescue and donate our time to these dogs.

We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog.

Aziz, 1 year old, neutered male, black labrador/border collie mix, 50 pounds.

Azis is in a foster home in Camas, Washington and is available immediately for meet and greets! If you do not live within reasonable driving distance, a virtual chat can be arranged to meet Aziz.

Brody is a funny young guy who also goes by the name Brody.

He enjoys playing and enjoys barking and growling while playing (all in good fun!).

He is still young so doesn't always pick up on the cues from other dogs to stop playing but he's fostered with another large dog and does well.

In his previous foster home, Aziz lived with smaller dogs, too.

We have no history with cats but Aziz has been around kids as young as 2y, and lives with kids aged 7-12y now.

He's met an infant with zero issues and is pretty mellow around kids - he used to jump up on people when greeting but has been trained by his current foster pawrents to stop that.

As a general rule, however, we recommend homes with kids over the age of 10y or those who can understand and will respect animal behavior cues.

In addition to learning solid greeting manners, Brody has learned not to pull on the leash any more and is fully house and crate trained.

He is a notorious food thief and will sneak food from the other dogs (as well as any snack left laying about), so it's a good idea to feed him separate from the other dogs and to ensure everything is not just picked up, but put away when he's loose.

;-) Aziz has no issues when food is taken away from , maybe except for another quick bite before its gone.

Aziz is a laidback, relaxed kind of guy - he enjoys running around outside or going on a walk but he really enjoys relaxing throughout the day.

He is crated at night and when unable to be supervised because he does like to chew on things he shouldn't.

One of the best things about Brody (aside from those biiiig puppy dog eyes) is how cuddly he is.

He will follow you around plop down on you as soon as you find a seat.

He loves toys and balls, and enjoys meeting new people.

He is a really great dog that could do well in nearly any home as long as his pawrents loves cuddles! Aziz does not need to have a doggy sibling as he's pretty confident on his own but he would enjoy the company if one already existed.

We rarely know a dog's exact age nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time.
