DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Babe Candy Corn, part of the Fall Litter! This beautiful boy and his nine siblings came from a high kill shelter in Georgia. Candy Corn is now on the hunt for his forever home. He is your typical sweet puppy who adores other dogs. He is a little shy at first but warms up quickly and is very food motivated! Candy Corn also knows how to use a doggy door. Please remember that young babies require a lot of time, love, patience, and socialization to become the best canine citizens they can be. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
