Meet Barkley

BARKLEY is a loving beagle mix with lots of energy and love to give. He is 3 years old, 30 pounds. Neutered. We rescued him from a shelter in SC. And he is in a loving foster home. Recently, we found out he is HW positive. He has started his treatment, but we would like to bring him up the the Phila area for the remainder of his treatment. The Rescue Express will be financially responsible for his treatment, but it will require a commitment from a foster or adopter to help him through.
