ABOUT BARNEY
This goofy boy is a 1 year old pointer mix. Barney came to HAP on a transport from a high-intake shelter partner! Barney is such a pretty boy who loves to spend time with his people. As the hunting breed he is, he is very curious in exploring new things! Each day we are learning more and more about this lovely pup but he never fails to win us over with the endless love he gives! If your looking for a lovely hiking buddy or a furry friend to explore with, this is the pup for you!

If your interested in Barney, you are welcome to submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is first-come, best-match basis. We are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in a specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children's and other dogs, must come for the meeting to ensure its a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fee's include the animals spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.
