Cat friendly: Would be fine with a calm, respectful cat

Kid friendly: 12+ years, cat experienced
Special needs: Needs daily non-prescription medication added to her food

GETTING TO KNOW ME
Belle is a gorgeous, blue-point mitted Ragdoll. She is extremely friendly and mellow. Belle would make a tremendous apartment kitty as she is fairly quiet and low key, although she can be a little chatty (especially when she’s hungry.) She would love to have a human who is retired, works from home or is just a simple home body type. Belle will want to hang out near you, but isn’t often a lap cat. She is extremely friendly with guests and is just a laid back, sociable kitty.

Belle would do fine living with another cat as long there was an appropriate introduction period and the other cat was mellow and respectful. Belle has no experience with dogs and we think they may stress her out. She would actually relish as an only pet. Younger children would stress her out, so only children 12 years and older please.

Belle is incredibly healthy for a mature girl with great recent bloodwork and a dental in 2022. Her declawed front paws give her no issues with mobility and do not seem to cause her any pain. We can play with her toes, and she isn’t hesitant to have us touch them. Belle lets us trim her back nails and brush her easily (although she prefers shorter brushing sessions.)

Belle has a history of constipation which is well-regulated with her getting some simple over the counter Miralax powder two times per day. Belle grazes throughout the day on dry food, but enjoys an occasional wet food meal too. She does great with two large open litter boxes and clumping clay litter.
