It takes him a few days to trust someone new and his eyes are wary.

But once he realizes you are safe, he melts in your arms and walks slowly, head down, to ask for love.

He’s great on a leash and listens and comes back to you when you call him.

He needs permission to eat his food ?

so you have to tell him “It’s ok! Eat, Bernie!” He’s gentle with the other little dog in the house with him but he’s a little bit barky with strangers and strange dogs.

A simple introduction helps that.

This little guy just wants to lay near you, go on walks, and protect the family.

A true little warrior.
