Meet Bettie Sue

Bettie Sue is a sweet lil' girl that is between 3-5 years old, she looks to be a chihuahua mixed with a Papillon?? this is just a best guess...she is white with black patches and freckles, and she has a medium coat with curly ears and feathery legs and tail...she weighs 11 pounds 5 ounces, and she is spayed and UTD on vaccinations.

This little one came to us shy and warmed up to us in the first few hours, she is a happy girl that likes to play and likes toys, loves the other dogs and wants to sit with us when we are on the couch, she happily goes out to potty with the other dogs and has not had any accidents. Bettie Sue sleeps with her people and sleeps through the night.
She came to us with a tiny hard bump on her gum line that was removed at a clinic where she was also spayed at the same time.

We believe she will do great in a home where she has someone to take her for walks and adventures. She walks great on a leash with a harness, she comes when called and stays right by your side when you take her out, she loves a tummy rub and will flip over to her back and lay like a statue. She is a happy little soul that prances and plays and is also calm and loving.

An application must be filled out and accepted before a meet can be set up. If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time.

We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes. Therefore, meets and adoptions take place at either our office or at a place chosen by the adoption coordinator.

If a pet has 'Adoption Pending' beside its name, an adoption is imminent. Please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through.

Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
