Meet Betty White
Born in about November 2021, Betty is a staffie/lab mix (best guess). She is a medium sized dog at around 45 lbs, fully grown. She loves playing with other dogs and kids, as well as hanging out with the humans. Betty would best thrive in a cat-free environment.
Betty was returned to us after her adoptive family became overwhelmed with their 4 dogs. While the family recognized that Betty has a sweet nature, they were not able to support Betty's needs for daily walks. Betty is a high energy dog who will thrive with a family that can take her for daily exercise and regular play sessions to burn off energy.
Betty is a very affectionate lady who loves food, toys and playtime. She enjoys being outside and exploring so having a secure yard or leashed time outside will be a must until she has had more training. Betty is great with kids and other dogs, so will snuggle up close during naptime and then let the zoomies kick in when it's playtime.
Betty has a playful and fun personality. She enjoys learning new tricks and, as she is so food motivated, responds well to training. A cat-free, active family that can support Betty's ongoing training will be rewarded with so much love and a new play buddy! Her adorable personality has made her a foster favorite.
Spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, potty trained, sleeps through the night, can be left alone, food motivated, working on her leash training.
At the rescue we strive to decrease the euthanasia rate of high-risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We are 100% foster based and rely on volunteers and fosters to help in our mission. Our goal is to make EVERY DOG. WANTED.
We will choose the most suitable home for each dog, not the first application received.
If the dog you are applying for is adopted, we have good matchmakers that will help you find your perfect new four-legged family member.
Since the dogs that come up are rescues, not much is known about them. Therefore breed and adult sizes are our best guesses and we cannot guarantee this information is accurate.
Adopters may choose to travel to Spokane to pick up their dog or use our monthly transport option to your local area for an additional delivery surcharge of $250.
