Meet Blackey
Hello! I’m Blackey and I'm a handsome 6- to 8-year-old male cat. Don’t let my sad eyes fool you, I’m ready for happiness! I take some time to warm up, but I like being in the room with you and sitting in a sunbeam. If you bring treats or dinner and sit patiently, I’ll probably stop by for a little head scratch and back rub after my snack. I’ve even started to play a bit with toys, but don’t appreciate the paparazzi so you won’t find pictures of this. I came in to Kitty Connection with two other cats and we get along well, but I'm okay in a house with other cats or even on my own. I probably wouldn't do great in a household with little kids, but would be fine with older kids who know how to be with a shy kitty. If you're looking for a low maintenance guy who just wants to be around a quiet and calm home, I'm your guy.
