Boone

Meet Boone.

He is a 3 year old, gentleman that loves to snuggle.

He is a shepherd blend that is looking for a family to love.

Boone is a nice large dog that seeks attention and loves a good lean in! He would prefer to be the only canine in the home.

He is residing with one of our amazing foster homes and will be available to meet at the adoption center on Saturdays from 10am-4pm, or you may email to arrange a weekday meet & greet.

Boone spent some time with his kennel buddy yesterday and here are his notes!
-We took an outing to Scentral Park.

-He likes to be in front while walking.

We practiced leash work with stop, sit,wait, and he did well!
-He was very gentle, no barking or jumping.

-Boone knows sit, shake(he's ambidextrous).

- He explored the park, and came when called- rewarded with small treat or praise.

-Boone is easy going , confident with surroundings, noises don't bother him.

- Enjoyed being brushed
- He gave good good eye contact, was engaging, and so sweetAll animals are altered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, licensed (dogs).

Cats tested for FELV/FIV.

Dogs tested for Heartworm.

All animals are available to the first family that is a good match, and if we have more than one animal who is a good match, there will be a lottery for all matches.

Note that families must have come in to our adoption center and spoken with an adoption counselor prior to any lottery (when we have lotteries, they usually occur on Saturday mornings).
