Brie is very playful, affectionate, fun-loving girl.
Her foster home describes her as a one-of-a-kind, high-spirit hero.
She has tons of fun, puppy energy and lots of love to give.
During the day, Brie loves to play tug-o-war, run in the yard, wiggle dance while getting back/belly scratches, and give kisses! She absolutely loves to hippity hop in the kiddie pool before and while she gives chase to her favorite toys.
This sassy lady comes loaded with confidence, ready to be your loyal companion whose joy comes from being at your side.
She likes to nap on top of you as much as you’ll allow and will proactively roll over for belly rubs.
She loves to drape her body across yours and is very generous with kisses whether you want them or not.
She packs a lot of personality into 25 lbs! Brie is also very good about spending time in her pen, especially since it means treat time! Get ready for evenings full of snuggles and a fuzzy buddy for the foot of your bed.
She’s a sweet, loving, and silly girl looking for a patient, loving family.
Her ideal home would be a chill environment to help her tap into that zen lifestyle when she’s not busy having zoomies and playing with her people.
Brie loves doing agility exercises as part of her enrichment, so someone equally excited to play would be her cup of tea.

She wants to be your only dog.
Here’s what her foster has to say: “Brie is a joy to have at home.
She’s a high energy pup who is always up for playing.
She greets her family with happy wiggles and delight.
She is funny because she definitely has a point of view about what she wants: Sometimes she rearranges her blankets, dragging them across the floor to set up in a different space or maybe bringing them over to cover up a “treasure” like a chew toy or old bone.
Sometimes she barks to let you know what she wants — even though she knows she is supposed to sit to ask politely— she’s improving steadily.
Brie is best suited for someone interested in dog training above and beyond the usual “sit” and “down”.
She has a lot of mental and physical energy and can do tricks as well as parkour.
She loves her treats and toys, so she has plenty of motivation as well as ability.
It’s really rewarding training her because she learns quickly so that it makes me feel smart.
Once she’s burned off a little energy, she is also good at being mellow and hanging out.
Do you want company for an afternoon of watching football on the couch?
She’s your dog! Her challenge is reactivity on walks - mostly to dogs, but sometimes to people or odd situations.
We’ve been working on the issue in foster and she is gradually improving.
Having spent so much time in shelter, a lot of the outside world is still new and sometimes scary for her.
But she also enjoys exploring new places, such as a quiet park or college campus.
It’s fun seeing her explore and helping her get comfortable with new surroundings — agility moves like “paws on” with a treat can help her feel more confident — it’s hard to be scared of something earning you treats! Brie will be a highly rewarding but high work dog for her future forever home.
Can you be her rescuer?
Thankfully, she’s a good night-time sleeper so you can wake up re- charged and ready to embrace the new day!”
