Meet Brightly
If you have additional questions please email [email protected] 10-month old moose of a baby girl is Brightly!
Brightly was a stray dog who wound up in a MD shelter. She did not have a microchip and was not reclaimed by her owners. Her stray hold was up and the shelter was overcrowded so we welcomed her into the rescue. Brightly is all things fun! She's sweet and silly and LOVES other dogs. Brightly will need a playmate who can match her play style in her forever home. She may be a Husky mix, but she plays like a true Sibe. She goes all out WWE on her foster brother. ;)
This girl is happy go lucky. She loves all humans and kids too. She's house trained and crate trained. She has more of a bark than a woo when she's excited. She'd be pretty great in any active situation and is pretty good on a leash. She's a little nervous in the car, but is learning going places can be fun. And how bout them ears! My goodness, can you stand how cute they are? Couple that with her bi-eyes and she's the cutest thing ever.
Brightly is located in MD. She can be adopted here or in surrounding states as long as you're willing to travel to her. She's spayed, current on her vaccines and heartworm negative. She has some redness to her brown eye but the vet has found nothing wrong with the eye. That's just the coloration. Brightly is a tall girl and weighs 53lbs. She's still on the thin side and will likely be close to 60lb when filled out!
Apply on our website! www.huskyrescueteam.org~~Husky Education And Rescue Team is a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in our foster homes all up and down the east coast. We do not have a facility in which you can visit. We find this a huge benefit because we learn our dogs and are able to educate our adopters on what it's like to have them live in your home. Part of our process, once pre-approved, is to speak with the foster for the dog you're interested in. If you're still interested in adopting from our rescue the first step is to complete our adoption application online at www.huskyrescueteam.org/apply
