Courtesy Post - Let’s help Buddy find a forever home! Buddy is around a year and a half old and 63 pounds.
His finder and foster had him fixed, vaccinated and microchipped helping prepare him for a forever home.
He is energetic, loves water, people and playtime.
He’s a good boy hoping to find his forever place to call home.
Here’s what his foster has to say about him.
"I am apprehensive around pit bulls based on their reputation, but have seriously considered keeping Buddy because we love him.
Unfortunately we are older and health problems prohibit us from being active, and I am also having knee surgery in a month.
Ultimately, we know we aren't the best forever home for him, but we love being his foster family.
Buddy is learning our routine and structure plus time has helped him relax a bit, but he is an energetic pup who doesn't know his size and strength at least not yet.
Buddy cracks us up daily with his antics. Here are a few of our favorites: ?
The day he discovered sprinklers and the fun he had running to each one, trying to catch the water.
?
The day he got his first stuffed dragon toy and couldn't decide what was more fun, tug, catch or taking it through the doggy door.
?
The day he found a balloon with a string and carried it carefully around the house so as not to pop it.
?
The day he had his first Nubz treat and he proudly walked around with it until is was so full of drool that he had to finally stop and chew it up.
??
The first time he smiled and every smile since then.
We want nothing more than for Buddy to be cared for as his fosters hope for him.
Share his adorable face.
You never know who’s heartstrings you may tug on.
