Cali’s mesmerizing amber eyes and beautiful red fur are bound to lure you in, but it’s her sweet and social disposition that will really win your heart.
She is a very pretty girl with gorgeous markings, who will be sure to draw attention wherever she goes.
Cali is a fun and social girl, who happily greets everyone like they are her new best friend.
She is well socialized, confident, and happy! She is also outgoing and adventurous.
She is brave and loves to explore.
She loves her people and is so sweet and affectionate! We estimate Cali to be about 5 months old, 25 lbs, and possibly a Pitbull/Lab mix, but with rescue it’s just a guess.
She is still young so she will require continued socialization, training, exercise, and all the things that come along with raising a puppy.
But the devotion and loyalty you will get in return is well worth it! Cali is so smart and learns quickly! She is already crate trained and even goes there with the “kennel” command.
She is also almost fully potty trained.
Cali loves people so much that she will jump up in excitement, but her foster family is teaching her that it’s not good manners.
She’s also working on “sit” and “come.” She is getting a great foundation in training with her foster family so she will be set up for success in her new forever home.
Cali loves all humans and dogs.
She would do great as an only dog, or with doggy siblings.
She has not been cat tested yet, but we think she could learn to live with them.
She has met chickens and was interested in them, but didn’t chase them or try to get to them.
She would do best in a home with a fenced yard where she can run and play.
She isn’t overly vocal, but can bark on occasion.
Cali is a well-rounded, well-socialized puppy who will make an incredible addition to just about any family.
She is being set up for success with a great routine and training in her foster home.
Currently fostered in Texas she is ready to transport to the Pacific Northwest or New England areas! She is current on all shots, spayed, microchipped, healthy & ready for her Forever Family! Application link: Please email with any questions.

Why adopt from Three Little Pitties?
The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation.
Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone.
Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference.
Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space.
This dog youve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption.
We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive.
From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dogs needs.
We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesnt stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.)
