Callie is a very beautiful and unique calico Manx. She has been a clinic cat for the past 5 years and is ready to have a home of her own. She is approx 7 years old and weighs 10 pounds 12 oz.
Callie came into the Paws and Claws program as a stray. She has been getting all the necessary vetting for a home. She has been tested for both feline AIDS and feline leukemia (both negative), she is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
Callie is a very loving cat who has been living with other cats at the clinic. She loves everyone and everyone loves her. She hasn't been with small children but with her gentle nature we think a cat savvy child 8 years old or older would be fine. We think she would adjust to a nice cat friendly dog with proper introduction.
What makes Callie special needs is that she will need thyroid medication twice a day. It can be given by pill or a cream in her ear.
