Meet Captain Billy

Captain Billy is an approximately 1 year old domestic shorthair who was dumped at our facility at the beginning of October 2023. She was quite the anti-social girl when first meeting our staff so we don't know if she had ever been previously socialized. She spent October working on her social skills and finally has come around to be a great candidate for adoption! She is still quite shy but is the biggest cuddle bug ever and loves all of your attention if you'll give it to her!

She will need a home where she is given the patience to slowly adjust until she gains her confidence in her environment. Cats like Billy may take days, even weeks to really gain her confidence and feel like a house is her home. We are hoping with the right loving owner, Billy gains her confidence in no time!
