Hi, my name is Carla! I am a 3 year old, 12lbs., spayed female chihuahua.

I'm a curious little girl that takes a while to warm up to new surroundings, and I'm looking for a patient family that will give me the time I need to warm up to new people.

Once I'm comfortable though, I squeak for belly rubs and will roll around in my dog bed! I love to explore once I'm ready, and I love to lie in sunny spots.

I even know how to use a doggie door when I want to! I sure do love meal time and treats.

I have lived with other dogs before and get along fine if they give me my space, but I also wouldn't mind being the only dog in the house.

I am crate trained, and my foster family says I'm pretty potty trained! Please note at this time we are doing adoptions by appointments only.

Interested adopters must arrive at least 1 hour before close.

We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can't guarantee every animal you see is still available.

It's also typical for us to have animals who haven't had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around!
