PERSONALITY TRAITS:

Carmen came to the shelter as a stray after being dumped in a parking lot to fend for herself. She had wounds on her legs but they have since healed. She's been in the shelter since August and it's starting to take its toll on her and she's getting stressed. She needs a family that will commit to her on several levels! First and foremost is love and kindness. She's had a rough time. Second would be positive reinforcement training. She's a strong girl and her basic commands could use some improvement. Carmen is a bit shy at first but is very sweet. She has the potential to be your best canine buddy ever! HEALTH: All rescue dogs are vaccinated, altered, and microchipped
