Meet Casper

Casper is a very handsome 2 year old German shepherd mix. He weighs 95 pounds and he’s 24 inches tall. He has a beautiful cream, colored thick coat.He is neutered & UTD on vaccines.

He was originally a stray in Wiley city & owner was not found

Casper is friendly & social. He was the perfect gentleman at our office.
He’s been around kids as young as 2 years old, and is very friendly and social with them.
Casper does very well with other dogs, large and small. He loves to play. He did great with the dog test at our office.
He has passed by cats when out and about, and shows no reaction. He does not currently live with cats.
Casper has also been exposed to goats and shows no reaction.

Housebroke
Crate trained for short times (20-30 minutes)
Knows “sit”
Does well on leash
Well mannered

An application must be filled out and accepted before a meet can be set up. If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time.

We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes. Therefore, meets and adoptions take place at either our office or at a place chosen by the adoption coordinator.

If a pet has 'Adoption Pending' beside its name, an adoption is imminent. Please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through.

Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
