Meet Casper and jasper

Please meet Casper and Jasper. They are around a year old. They are utd with shots but arnt fixed. They are malnourished and can’t be fixed at the moment. Due to medical reasons, barking and the neighbors they need to be re homed. Casper is deaf. Some loving and training will help them. They could gain some weight as well. They would love a fence, they can go together or separate. With Casper special needs it would be amazing if they found a home together since Jasper is his ear. Casper is hyper and needs someone home most of the time. He loves attention. Jasper is very loving, enjoys being petted and and played with, thinks he is a lap dog, gives kisses and loves attention. Great with other dogs and kids. The cats they live with are scared of them.
