Cat Pals, Inc.
Cat Pals, Inc. is nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization and has been in operation since 1994. Our mission is to provide quality of life for our community cats who live in managed colonies in the East Hollywood area of Florida. As a volunteer group, 100% of all the money we raise or that is donated, goes towards providing food, medical care but most importantly, allows us to continue with our TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate and Return) program within the park and our local community. Our volunteers continue with our mission even in this time of pandemic and we appreciate everyone who supports us. Thank you.
We want every applicant to understand the responsibilities involved in caring for a pet. It is a life time commitment, many cats live 16 - 20 + years. Cats bond with their human family and need to be treated as a part of the family. A pre-adoption home visit is required and follow-up phone calls and/or home visits are made to support a good match.
TO BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADOPTER, YOU MUST:
Complete and submit the Adoption Application.
Meet with a CatPals representative to discuss your application,
Be 18 years of age or older and government issued identification with photo and current address.
Be willing and able to spend the time and money for lifetime care and necessary medical treatment for the next 10 to 20 years.
There are lots of important things to think through before picking your new companion. The first step to starting a long and lasting friendship with a cat is, of course, choosing the cat or, more to the point, choosing the cat that's right for you.
If you are still willing to consider making a commitment then please complete the online CatPals Adoption Application and we will contact you.
