Cesar is very loving with his foster family especially leaning towards the women of the household.

We don't know his exact background but he is much more comfortable with women whereas men tend to make him jump a bit.

He barely barks and never wakes up in the middle of the night, sleeping away in his crate! Very playful and happy guy.

Once he acclimates and knows he is safe, he is a cuddle bug! Cesar was rescued and is attached to his foster family.

We predict his best possible home is with an adult woman or two.

Kind and gentle people but also people willing to encourage his confidence.

He is a cuddle bug, sincerely loves long walks, and will do great with someone who is out and about and respects that Cesar is curious but cautious.

Interested but reserved.

His devotion is for his people but not necessarily everyone who wants to pet him.
