Chai is a wonderful gal who has a gorgeous Pekingese coat that lovers of the breed will fall in love over.
This girl just can't wait to meet you and make you fall in love with her! Below is a note from Chai's foster.
"Chai is one of the sweetest and best dogs I have ever met.
She adores cuddles and belly rubs and has a fabulous Pekingese personality.
She is playful: loving toys and romping around with her foster sister.
She has a lot of personality and loves to make her opinions known.
She loves to follow me around the house and ensure we are giving her all the love and affection she deserves.
Chai is more of the couch potato kind of dog, sleeping the day away on the couch, but she also loves to romp around with her toys for some of the day.
Chai is a quirky and fabulous dog, from the way she looks at you with amusement to the way she flops over for affection.
There is not a better dog than Chai!
Chai starts her morning at 7 AM with breakfast and a long snuggle session on the couch.
She gets a morning walk and then settles in for a beauty nap.
During the day, she spends her time hanging out on the couch, chewing on her toys, and sniffing around the yard.
She loves exploring her surroundings and is very adorable in this.
Chai adores her foster sister, another DPS dog Rutabaga, and they spend their time together.
After a long day of being adorable, Chai has dinner and then snuggles in for some TV time before heading to bed.
Chai gets along well with dogs of all ages and sizes.
Chai walks well on a leash and spends her time sniffing flowers and bushes and exploring the world.
Chai loves people and would do well in just about any kind of home as long as her forever people are prepared to adore her!" Chai is an option for just about any kind of home, regardless of prior dog ownership experience.
Kids in the home should be over the age of 7.
