Charlee is a resilient and loving female Pitbull in search of her forever home. This sweet girl had a difficult start in life, as she was found abandoned in a park, left alone and tied to a park bench. Despite her past, Charlee's spirit remains unbroken, and she is ready to embark on a new chapter filled with love, care, and a family to call her own.

At just a glance, it's clear that Charlee has a heart full of warmth and an irresistible smile. Her affectionate nature shines through her expressive eyes, eager to form a strong bond with her future adopters. Charlee is a social butterfly, both with humans and other dogs. She enjoys the company of her furry friends, making her an excellent companion for existing pets in the family. Charlee is also great with children! Although Charlee has been diagnosed with heartworm disease, she is currently undergoing treatment and remaining treatment will be covered by the rescue.

OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.

All our dogs are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Leo’s Friends Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).

Our out of state adoption fee is $300 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, a heartworm test if over 6 months old, and health certificate.
