Meet Chillax
Born around 3/24/2023, Chillax is a male hound mix (best guess). He is a medium sized pup at 25 lbs and is still growing. With a medium energy level, he will need to play with people and dog friends and walk daily. Good with dogs, kids of all ages, and strangers, this guy will be a perfect family pet.
At just 6 weeks old, this little guy was hit by a car and suffered a fracture in his right front leg. The driver took off, but a good samaritan took him to a local shelter. After a few weeks of kennel rest, he is healed and ready to find his forever home.
Potty trained and learning some basic commands, Chillax is as smart as they come!
At the rescue we strive to decrease the euthanasia rate of high-risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We are 100% foster based and rely on volunteers and fosters to help in our mission. Our goal is to make EVERY DOG. WANTED.
We will choose the most suitable home for each dog, not the first application received.
If the dog you are applying for is adopted, we have good matchmakers that will help you find your perfect new four-legged family member.
Since the dogs that come up are rescues, not much is known about them. Therefore breed and adult sizes are our best guesses and we cannot guarantee this information is accurate.
Adopters may choose to travel to Spokane to pick up their dog or use our monthly transport option to your local area for an additional delivery surcharge.
