Meet Coco

You may be drawn to me by my good looks, but remember it takes a lot of upkeep to look this good. You guessed it, I am the cutest one in this joint...or shall I say most adorable? I may never be an appropriate dog park dog, so I will need an owner willing to exercise me in other ways. I prefer longs walks on the beach or hiking in the woods, dog parks just aren't my scene, you know? We can't all be party animals. I need a patient person who will help build my confidence and continue my socialization. Despite my cute, cuddly size, I want the cuddling to be on my terms, as I don't always want to be fussed over. I need someone who is looking to go on long walks, and allow me to do what I do best, sniff! I may never be completely trustworthy off leash. I need a home with children old enough to respect my small size, and to be careful with me. I am a special needs kid who will require a consult with my adoption. I do best with visual training. I am not a fan of being carried, the ground gets too far away for my comfort.
