Please welcome Coco Belle to our Rescue! Here’s her Get to Know Me information: - Female Dachshund Mix
- My birthday is 2/15/20 … I just turned 4
- A black beauty - 15 lbs.

- Spayed, Microchipped, and Up to Date on Vaccinations
- Potty trained
- Doggy door trained - Loves sleeping in the big bed or the crate (definitely prefers the big bed)
- If I don’t have a playmate, I’d be ok on my own as long as my parents spend a lot of time with me - I definitely prefer women
- I need space and time to warm up to men - Unknown for children, so to be safe, no children under 12
- Unknown for cats
- Adoption Fee $375 Coco Belle was an owner surrender.

Her former owner was 89 years old and was unable to care for this sweet pup anymore.

Coco Belle (CB) is such a loving and playful girl.

She is crate trained but is also well behaved when left out of the crate.

When we check in on her on the doggy cam, she is mostly just sleeping on her bed or on the couch.

She’ll go in and out of the crate during the day, but at bedtime will hide from you, but once she is in she doesn’t make a peep all night.

CB gets so excited to see you when you get home, and she’ll jump up on your lap to be held and get her belly rubbed.

CB definitely prefers women, but will warm up to men with a quiet voice, time, and patience.

This is very important to know for her new family.

CB is working on learning her manners.

She has already learned to sit but needs continued training.

She is very smart and will pick things up very quickly.

CB is nervous obout new sounds around the house … a fan, hair dryer, vacuum, doors closing.

Everything new makes her nervous at first.

Her new family will need to allow her time to adjust to her new surroundings.

CB is a really good dog for the right home.

She would be best in a home with females … someone who is going to work on training with her.

She would be very good with another dog as she likes other dogs and is very playful.
