Darla is a sweet and sensitive soul who is looking for an understanding family where everyone in her new home is around 14 or older. She’d love a secure garden to potter around in to enjoy outside sniffs. Darla could live with a calm larger dog similar to herself depending on how the mixes went at the centre.
Darla is currently in one of our amazing foster homes and has absolutely thrived since she arrived there. She is a 4-year-old Dogue de Bordeaux who came into our care through no fault of her own and was a bit of a worried soul at first. She is still not the most confident pooch, but has definitely come out of her shell. She will get in the car and though she’s not a huge fan of longer journeys she does travel in the boot or on the back seat without fuss. Darla absolutely loves a snuggle with her known people and will be a loving member of the family. Darla's favourite things to do are nap on the sofa and play with her tennis ball.
