Dexter is such a playful loving dog.

He's just over 2 years old.

We rescued him from a shelter when he was 4 months old.

Because he was a rescue, we had a DNA check done using Embark.

I will include the results picture if you're curious, but you can tell his dominant breed is Australian Shepard.

He's very protective over his family.

Great watchdog.

Gets along great with other dogs and cats.

He has graduated from obedience school with flying colors.

He's crate-trained.

He's housebroken and is doggy door-trained.

He loves the outdoors.

He's leash-trained as well.

He's also chipped.

For some reason, Dexter seems to be threatened by small children, it is recommended to be in a home with older kids and/or adults.

Our home has small children and is not suited for Dexter.
