Hi! I'm Dixie! I'm the life of the party no matter where we are and when we do go, I say let's get there as fast as we can!

If I come home with you, you may want to invest in a "Beware of Dog" sign for the door. I may very well kiss someone to death some day.

I'm the type of pup who will greet a stranger coming in the front door, even if he's not supposed to be there. I would gleefully prance to them, welcome them and then proceed to do whatever I needed to do to please them.... I would secretly hope that they didn't forget a nice, long belly rub before leaving.

I love kids, but sometimes get a little excited and jump, so small children may not be comfortable with me. Older children would be a ton of fun though.

The swimming pool is one of my favorite places to be. It is the only water I've been around. I bet I would love the beach, a river or a lake just as much. If you've got a ball, I've got the go get. I would chase a ball to China and bring it back to you if you could throw that far. I also love to settle in watch a movie and snuggle on the couch. My number one priority is to be with my person and do whatever it is that makes you happy.

S.T.A.R. Group, Inc is a foster based organization located in Corpus Christi, TX. All pets are in a foster home in South Texas and are transported once adopted. Adoption Fee includes a microchip, all age-appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, current on recommended preventions and a ride on the next available transport to their new families' area.
