Meet Dolsae
Dolsae was one of the fortunate 101 dogs rescued from the harrowing conditions of Siheung dog meat farm in 2022. Trapped within a grimy, filthy wire enclosure, his days were marked by surviving on inedible scraps of human food waste.
Right after being rescued, Dolsae was extremely timid, avoiding direct eye contact with humans. However, gradually, he began emerging from his shell, displaying noticeable progress. In May last year, we took the step to enroll Dolsae in a specialized dog training program, believing that professional guidance would allow him to flourish—and in early January, finally, our Dolsae graduated from the training school. He was everyone's favorite. He followed the instructions and guidelines very well and graduated with distinction!
Dolsae has made huge progress and now walks excellently on a leash. He used to be shy, but now he's happy around visitors and his friends at the boarding house. He's sweet, playful, and loving. Plus, he's smart and listens well, which makes him even more lovable.
Dolsae is looking for a permanent home with someone who knows about dogs. Dolsae would be happy being the only dog, especially if his people are usually home, or he could live with another friendly furry friend. He would thrive with someone retired who has plenty of time for him or someone who works from home. He's incredibly sweet and affectionate. The lucky person who adopts him will have a wonderful companion.
