Introducing Earl, the 92-pound, 8-year-old American Bulldog mix – a true hunka burnin’ love, as Elvis would say.

Earl is a gentle giant who adores people and finds joy in their company.

His journey has been a challenging one, as his initial arrival at Home Fur Good hinted at a life marked by neglect.

Earl required treatment for a severe cold, extensive dental work, and management for his skin allergies.

Thanks to dedicated care, all these missions have been accomplished, and Earl is now reveling in the well-deserved attention he’s finally receiving.

A lover of strolls, Earl proves to be an excellent walking companion.

Even our smallest volunteer confidently guides this big-hearted boy through the neighborhood, attracting double-takes along the way.

Having likely spent his life as an outdoor dog, Earl is now in need of guidance on adapting to indoor living.

Plenty of extra-durable toys and chewies will help him satisfy his propensity to gnaw.

Earl’s allergies are under control thanks to a tailored treatment plan, details of which our director will happily discuss with potential adopters.

Earl’s personality is a radiant force of canine companionship, capable of filling any home with warmth.

Best suited as the only pet in the household, he longs for a loving family with which to share his golden years.

Earl’s adoption fee is $150, which includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital.

Adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment.
