Meet Edwin
Born approx. June 2020, Edwin is a male Border Collie. He came to us afraid of the outside world and lacking confidence. He has made marked improvements in his foster home and is now ready to find his forever family. Edwin is potty and crate trained. He is happiest when he is with his people and other dogs, for this reason, we will require Edwin goes to a home with another confident dog to continue giving him guidance and reassurance. Edwin needs a home with a secure 6 foot fence and one that will keep him active and mentally stimulated, breed experience is a huge bonus. Edwin will do best in a home with adults or adults and kids over 5. It is unknown how he would do around cats.
All large and/or active dogs will require a full fenced (6ft) secure yard.
No children under 5.
Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise.
Please note that adopters are not chosen on a first come, first served basis, but full consideration is given to the best fit for the dog AND the adopter. Applications can take up to 3 weeks to process. Application submission DOES NOT guarantee approval for adoption.
