Emilio is afraid of new people but can eventually form a strong bond. He will need to go to a home that has the time and patience to build that relationship. He does well with other small dogs and cats.

Update, 1/20/23 - Emilio required some orthopedic surgery to address issues with the cruciate ligaments of both hind legs. He is doing very well post-op, but will not be available for adoption until completely healed. We’ll keep you updated. Thank you!

Update (4/5/23) - Emilio has recovered from his orthopedic surgery and is doing great. He is now once again available for adoption!
