Meet Ethyl
Ethyl is a 1-2 year old beautiful Bull Terrier Mix. Ethyl is over 50 lbs and is pure muscle, typical of the breed. Ethyl is a special girl for a multitude of reasons. Not only is she the biggest love bug, but she is also a three legged pup. Ethyl was rescued off of a northern reservation in Montana. Ethyl was found in poor shape; emaciated, beat up, covered in feces, and scared. Ethyl has been in a foster home since coming into rescue, her foster mom states she loves belly rubes and giving kisses to her person. Ethyl’s foster mom says she is very affectionate and loves human interaction. Ethyl will sleep on her dog bed all night and is amazing in the kennel as she never makes a peep. Ethyl is house trained and does not need to be kenneled when her person is gone as she is content with sleeping on her bed or lounging on the sofa while you are gone.
Ethyl also knows how to use the doggy door. Ethyl also knows her basic commands. Due to Ethyl's energetic nature and prey drive Ethyl would do best in a home without cats and small rodents. Ethyl is great with other dogs, but a slow introduction is recommended. Ethyl does well with older children and would do best in a home with pet savvy children. Ethyl is very family friendly. Ethyl is also relaxed in the car and will usually sleep throughout the ride. Sometimes she needs a lift up into the vehicle due to her amputation. Ethyl loves to chew on bones and playing with toys. Ethyl also loves short walks around the block and is great on a leash. Ethyl does well off leash and will be her person’s shadow.
Ethyl is healthy, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and spayed. She does not need any continued care regarding her amputation. Homeownership and a fenced yard are preferred for adoption.
