Fluffy Federico is currently sitting in a hot, overcrowded South Texas shelter where he is begging for an escape to a northern state that is cool. He is a staff favorite, said to be calm and regal.

Federico is with our rescue partners, and if he has adoption interest he can catch a ride to Boise where he will be loved.
