Meet Firefly

Firefly is a stunning senior beauty with beautiful brown eyes. She will melt your heart. She has been raised as part of a pack of 15, she will need a home with another one or two huskies or malamutes to bond with.

She is a Husky/Malamute mix, approx. 10 years old. She has never lived in a house so will need some time to adapt to a home environment. She will need someone with patience to teach her how to trust humans, she has had very minimal contact with humans, just the two family members who cared for her.

She is eager to learn, she is treat motivated, she wants a family that can take her on adventures, teach her how to snuggle on a couch and allow her to play with other dogs. Firefly needs a foster home, as she has some follow up vet visits needed and a trip to the groomer – she would like her coat nice and clean for her new family. Or if you think she would make a wonderful addition to your family, she could be a foster to adopt.

A secure fenced yard is needed as she is used to roaming free so has some escape artist tendencies. She currently is residing in the Coeur d’Alene, ID area.
