Meet Fred!

Two year old trooper who has been through some tough times. At the age of 5 months, Fred was hit by a car and has received several surgeries to fix his hind leg. Although there is a limp to his gait nothing can stop this good boy from enjoying life to the fullest! He will never run a marathon, but does enjoy normal day to day activity ( 2 walks in the park and lots of playing with his dog friends)

Fred makes a great dog and companion, very food motivated, good on walks, enjoys couch time and playing with toys!

Because of lengthy recovery Fred was around other dogs in foster care for a long time and feels way more comfortable with other dog presence in his life. Fred will do best in the house with a dog (Senior dog fine too). Fred is good with cats, that being said, it does not mean he will not ("gently") bug them for playtime :))

Fred will do best in the house with a fenced backyard, will make a great companion for another friendly dog and people. No small kids please (been around kids 15+)
