History: Gemma was a stray who was found at a garbage dump when she came asking for food. It was discovered that she had just had a litter of puppies and was staying under a house with her puppies. After some persistence, her and her puppies were brought inside from under the house. Gemma is a wonderful, protective mom to her babies. She is a calm, caring and sweet girl who is great with every person she meets. She is very intelligent, and a loyal companion who sticks by her people.
