Godiva is a stunning Bengal with a heart full of adventure and curiosity. At two-years-old, she is still a young and spirited feline who loves to explore, play, and bask in the warmth of the sun. Godiva is sleek and slinky with the softest fur you’ve ever felt! Godiva's playful spirit and love for exploration make her an adventurous companion. Playtime is Godiva's absolute favorite! She is captivated by toys that allow her to chase and pounce. Springs, small balls, wand toys, and lasers are among her preferred playthings. These toys bring out her energetic and playful side, providing hours of entertainment. When not engaged in play, Godiva can be found in her cozy cat tunnel, perched on her cat tree, relaxing on the sofa, or basking in the sun on a window ledge. Godiva adores head scratches and being pet, and her affectionate nature shines through when she is near her foster parents. While she may be reserved at first, her gentle nature and sweet disposition quickly win the hearts of those who take the time to know her. She is an active cat with high energy levels, always seeking playtime and stimulation. Her occasional loud meows are her way of expressing herself, though she is not particularly chatty. Vertical spaces for climbing and exploration are essential, as she loves to jump up to high places. She likes to pull and dig at her water bowl, so a heavier or spill-proof dish is recommended. Additionally, it is crucial to keep feathers and small parts away from her as she has a habit of chewing plants and toys. Godiva has a sensitive tummy and should stay on her current, mainly wet, food diet. She has early kidney disease, but does not currently require prescription food or medications – just access to plenty of water. With toys left out for her, Godiva is content playing by herself and entertaining her human companions with her playful antics. She MUST to be the sole pet in the household, as she does not get along well with other cats or dogs.

Godiva came to us as an owner surrender. She was pregnant and was a great mom to her babies, who have all since been adopted.
