Meet Grant

Meet Grant! Grant is a male, 8 year old, Pit Bull Terrier blend. He is 43 pounds.

Grant arrived at the shelter as a stray. He is a very friendly guy! He is wiggly and sweet, and loves pets and attention! He does not, however, loves other dogs and will need to be the only dog in the home. He will also require a muzzle, and Muzzle Up Project has a bunch of great information on how to properly size for muzzle and how to introduce muzzle training! Grant is a really good boy, and just needs someone to give him a chance! He will show you how great of a boy he is!

Grant will need an indoor home and a secure containment area to stay safe from wandering and escaping. Positive reinforcement, fear-free training will be needed. Daily exercise and mental enrichment will be very important. He will need to be the only dog in the home. We do not know how he will do with cats.

Grant is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, neutered, and ready to go home today!
