Meet Griff
Meet Griff, a 3-year-old Pit Bull mix.
Griff arrived at the adoption center after being picked up by animal control. He was a little shy at arrival but really enjoys calm attention. Griff comes to the front of his kennel for pets and leans into the back scratches. Griff doesn't like flies and becomes uncomfortable when they touch him. Griff would love a cuddly bed and a home with no bugs to bother him. This boy is like most dogs and gets the zoomies when he comes out to play especially if you bring his favorite orange ball out of the kennel. This boy would love a yard to run around and chase his toys in.
This pet is available for adoption at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center. If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center.
Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday.
A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known. Adding a pet to your family is a big responsibility. Please research carefully and remember that adoption is life saving. Adopt Don't Shop.
