Meet Haku

Hi there! I'm Haku, a 2-year-old Labrador Retriever boy with a heart full of love.
My story began when I was just 5 months old, wandering the streets with a rusty leash around my neck. Luckily, I was rescued and found my way to the shelter, where I've been patiently waiting for someone like you.

I absolutely adore people, and I'm not shy about showing it! Even if we've just met, I'll wag my tail and offer you my belly for a good rub. I'm a friendly guy who loves saying hello to other dogs, too — playing and making new friends are some of my favorite things.

Life in the kennel is peaceful for me, and I'm a good eater without being possessive over my food. However, I've got this peculiar habit of gobbling up my food. A bit of training in that department will do wonders! I'm the kind of dog who sticks his head out of the car window, enjoying the breeze and the excitement of the journey. With my high energy levels, I'd thrive with plenty of outdoor activities and love every moment of it.
