Meet Harley

My name is Harley and I'm looking for my furever home! For the past year and a half I've been staying on a homestead and I love having the open space to run. However I've learned that I don't play nice with small animals (chickens, rabbits, goats). I think it's a fun game to play with them, but I'm too rough. I'm very smart and this can get me in trouble. My kennel gate is easy to open if it's not locked. I'm very good about going potty outside. I'm crate trained and really like having my own crate inside it's my safe space. I've been staying with kids and I much prefer the older kids than the very noisy little ones.

I live with cats and want to chase them but get in trouble when I do. I get very attached to other dogs in the house and need at least one other companion in the home. I'm very skittish and don't like sudden movements. I will warm up to you after some time and take to women much quicker than men. I love walks but do tend to pull on a leash. My ideal home would be with an active owner/family, preferably without young children, no small animals and at least one other dog in the home.
