This incredibly sweet gentleman is a 10-year-old super chill guy. Howie is the biggest cuddler and loves nothing more than to hang out with his person on the couch or strolling around in the backyard. He likes to sleep with his person or in a bed near his person’s bed (if required) and likes to be near his person all the time. He is a lap dog and would make a great companion for someone. He gets a little anxious when left alone and would prefer a person who is home most of the time.

Howie is does well with other dogs and cats. He has good leash manners and is house-trained as long as he has access to the outdoors or on a regular schedule. Howie does have some impaired vision but his hearing is very good and he gets around just fine. Due to his impaired vision, it would be best if he not access more than one or two steps (no flights of stairs for Howie).

Howie is very food motivated. He weighs approximately 10-12 pounds and is working to lose another pound or so before he reaches his ideal weight. He is a Yorkie mix so regular grooming is important and professional grooming may be required.
